$200 – February 28 Registration deposit
$400 – April 15 No less than $600 paid to date
$400 – July 1 No less than $1000 paid to date
$400 – October 1 No less than $1400 paid to date
$300 – October 31 All students paid in full - total $1700
Incoming Freshmen:
$300 – April 1 Registration deposit
$300 – June 1 No less than $600 paid to date
$400 – July 1 No less than $1000 paid to date
$400 – October 1 No less than $1400 paid to date
$300 – October 31 All students paid in full - total $1700
Chaperones:
$200 – February 28 Upon notification of acceptance
$300 – April 15 No less than $500 paid to date
$300 – July 1 No less than $800 paid to date
$400 – October 1 All chaperones paid in full - total $1200.
We’re happy to accept checks or cash. Please make checks payable to “SMNW Band Trip”, and include the student’s name in the memo line. If you prefer to pay in cash, we ask that you contact the trip treasurer to make arrangements to deliver it. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH!
